I got Staunton on October 28, 2001. He arrived at the place where I rode after a 6-day trailer ride along with Elisa, our Haflinger Mare. Staunton is my equine partner. He has a very high play drive, and easily gets bored. He is an extremely curious horse, so even if he is a bit skeptical of something, he will usually investigate it. He is also the most vocal of our horses, hence his quote.

As you can see, he is almost entirely a left brain horse (although when I fill out his chart for Environment, he is completely Right Brain...Hmmm, how interesting!).  He loves new experiences, as long as they happen in his normal habitat. He loves learning new things and is extremely quick to catch on. He takes interest in everything. I am learning to be quicker for him and to be more progressive.
Staunton is so much fun, and has the most playful and humorous "horse-anality" I have ever seen in a horse. We have been having very positive results with PNH. He loves to play, and he is helping me along my journey to become a horse.woman!
